Allow the British public to vote on the legalisation of cannabis via /r/uktrees

Only 7000 signatures to go before the government response, if we can hit 100k signatures there will be a debate in parliament. I truly think it is possible to hit that amount, since a old petition hit over 200k voters. Over half the British population agrees with legalisation. Let's let it happen soon!
